Tata IPL 2022 Player Auction list is out. A total of 590 cricketers are set to go under the hammer during the two-day mega auction which is going to be held in Bengaluru on February 12th – 13th, 2022. A Franchise can purchase a maximum of 22 players on board.

Tata IPl 2022 is the 15th season of the IPL. some of the big or popular in the cricket world will be coming together to light up the esteemed tournament. Out of 590 players who have registered for the auction, 228 are capped players, 355 are uncapped players and 7 belong to Associate Nations.(Namibia ,Nepal,Scotland,USA)
A fierce battle to acquire the services of some of the finest Indian cricketing talent is on the cards when the likes of S Iyer, S Dhawan, R Ashwin, Md Shami, I Kishan, A Rahane,
S Raina, Y Chahal, W Sundar, S Thakur, D Chahar, I Sharma, U Yadav, etc. go under the hammer.
The 10 IPL franchisees – CSK, DC, KKR, Gujurat Titans (GT) Lucknow Super Giants (LSG), MI, Punjab Kings (PB), RR, RCB, and SRH will be bidding to have some of the biggest cricketing names – F-du Plessis, D Warner, P Cummins, K Rabada, T Boult, Q de Kock, J Bairstow, J Holder, D Bravo, S Al Hasan, W Hasaranga, etc. – in their squad.
INR 2 crore is the highest reserve price. 48 players have chosen to place themselves in this bracket.
There are 20 players in the auction who listed themselves with a reserve price of INR 1.5 crore
While 34 players have listed themselves with a reserve price of INR 1 crore.
